Jenny Steffensmeier
Grief Support Specialist
Jenny Steffensmeier, from Alexandria, MN, is trained in Grief and Death Studies through the Center for Loss and Life Transition. At the age of 12, she tragically lost her mother to suicide. Lacking the tools to cope and feeling misunderstood, Jenny buried her emotions and tried to ignore the pain. Years later, that unresolved grief surfaced, and she realized she needed support. With help, she embraced her grief and discovered the joy that comes from healing. Now, Jenny is passionate about walking alongside others on their path to living a life full of joy.
