Tyler Scott Hadley

November 16, 1993 –
March 7, 2014

Tyler Scott Hadley, 20, was born on November 16, 1993, the son of Scott and Deb Hadley of Sleepy Eye, MN. He was a 2012 Graduate of Sleepy Eye Public School and was attending Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN.

Tyler was the baby of the family and the glue that held everyone together.  He loved his siblings  Josh, Jessica, and Kaylie.  He was a very happy-go-lucky person and was good to everyone.  He was a mommy’s boy through and through and he always put his family first.

He enjoyed high school, especially sports; basketball, football, and golf.  Basketball was his favorite sport and he could grace the floor with ease.  Tyler was humble, kind, and a friend to all.

Tyler was unsure of his future and was struggling when his sister Kaylie passed.  On March 5, 2014, just 9 months after Kaylie passed, Tyler and his family celebrated Kaylie’s 9-month angelversary into heaven.  For the first time, Ty felt joy and felt that he was going to make it in this world.

March 7, 2014, just 9 months and 2 days after his sister Kaylie passed into heaven, Tyler joined her.  Tyler passed tragically in a car accident about 1 mile from his home, on an icy corner on the edge of Sleepy Eye.  Four boys lost their lives in the accident and left the Sleepy Eye, and the surrounding communities in shock and disbelief.   Tyler, John, Caleb, and Payton entered the Kingdom together, and our lives would be forever changed.

As hard as this has been on our family, we know that Tyler and Kaylie are together, filled with joy, and one day we will join them in Heaven.
