Hello Friends,
I have had so many people reach out and ask for a grief support group around families that have estranged children. Here are some statistics I found:
Psychology Today: At least one in four people experience estrangement from a family member.
2020 Cornell University study: 27% of Americans over the age of 18 were estranged from a family member.
Facilitator:
Lynn Arnquist is a trained Therapeutic Coach, having completed her certification through the META Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She facilitates the Helping Parents Heal support group program, created by Dr. Joshua Coleman, and is dedicated to supporting parents dealing with estrangement.
