OUR SERVICES

KT Humble Hearts offers grief support for those suffering the death of a loved one, or other types of grief not related to death. We do this through in-person and virtual individual care, grief support groups, resources, workshops, and events. If your grief is outside the scope of our expertise, we will work to find someone who can best serve your needs.

PAY IT FORWARD

Our grief support services have no program fee—participants only cover the cost of required books and materials. We operate entirely through donations. If you’re able, please consider paying it forward to KT Humble Hearts so others can receive support at no charge. If giving isn’t possible right now, you are still fully welcome here. Your healing matters most.

The Companioning Method

At KT Humble Hearts, we follow the companioning model of grief support developed by Dr. Alan Wolfelt of the Center for Loss and Life Transition. This approach is not about fixing or rushing grief, but about creating a safe space where individuals can share their story and be supported in their loss.

We believe every grief journey is unique. Our trained grief companions walk alongside you with compassion and respect—listening deeply, honoring your loved one, and being fully present to your pain. We hold space for you to grieve in your own way and at your own pace, even in moments of silence.
